Job Description:

TJX is currently seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This role is perfect for someone who is resourceful, energetic, innovative, and has strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers through various channels to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer requests and follow through on action items- Assist in the implementation of customer success strategies to improve overall customer experience- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions- Provide regular updates to management on customer trends, issues, and successes

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- 4+ years of experience in customer service or related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to think critically and problem-solve efficiently- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software- Prior experience in a customer success role is a plus
