Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at WEC Energy Group. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Chicago, Illinois. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are seeking individuals who are adaptable and hardworking.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide solutions to customer problems and ensure customer satisfaction- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service- Use critical thinking and decision-making skills to solve complex issues- Meet and exceed customer service goals and objectives- Continuously learn about our products and services to better assist customers

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and in a team setting- Strong problem-solving skills- Ability to think critically and make decisions quickly- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- Reliable high-speed internet connection- Comfortable using company-provided equipment for work- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends
