As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience, contributing directly to our continued growth & success.
Why this role matters: You'll be the friendly face (or voice) our customers & sales team relies on, building relationships & ensuring their needs are met.
Key Duties:
• Process customer orders, communicate status updates, & resolve any issues.
• Answer phone calls, confirm order details within time constraints, & support the sales team.
• Generate invoices, manage accounts receivable, & ensure accurate record keeping.
• Coordinate with the warehouse & carriers to schedule deliveries.
• Process customer payments, maintain accounts, & follow up on outstanding balances.
• Generate sales, commission, & A/R reports & manage administrative tasks (filing, claims processing for deliveries).
Qualifications & Skills:
• Passion for the wine & spirits industry (a plus!)
• Strong customer service focus with a commitment to building positive relationships.
• Excellent communication, time management, & organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks.
• Ability to think creatively, work independently, solve problems, & anticipate needs.
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and a dedication to accuracy.
