Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Wyndham Worldwide in San Jose, California. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests. This is an entry-level position and no prior experience is required, but at least 1 year of experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner- Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and changes to their bookings- Handle complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets
Requirements:- Adaptable and motivated personality- Strong planning and organizational skills- Emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and empathize with customers- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Basic computer and data entry skills- High school diploma or equivalent- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
