Job Description:
Owens & Minor is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, orders, and services- Process orders and returns in a timely manner- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services- Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in customer service- Motivated and independent worker- Strong attention to detail- Team player with excellent communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
