Schedule: 8AM - 5PM Monday - Friday
Position Overview:
Provide service to internal / external sales representatives along with external retail customers by selling products via phone and email with existing and new customers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain contact with Pro-Sell accounts.
Obtain external orders from customers.
Market and sell products to customers to grow business.
Work with Quality Control / Outside Sales department to ensure efficiencies and sales process.
Monthly review of product and sales performance.
Greet everyone entering the facility.
Manage all incoming phone calls.
Manage the customer service email account in a timely manner.
Process special orders for sales professionals.
Provide administrative and clerical support all levels of personnel.
Special projects as assigned.
Working Conditions:
This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. In this role, you will be stationary 75% of the time and have the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
Required Qualifications and Skills: Previous sales and customer service experience required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen (for illegal drugs).
Excellent time management skills.
Highly self-motivated and able to work extra hours if necessary to fulfill all job responsibilities.
Must enjoy working independently and as part of a team.
Ability to use or learn Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
Upbeat and positive attitude.
