Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will be trained to answer customer questions, resolve issues, and maintain a professional image in our office and our client's atmospheres.
Duties Include: Provide our clients with public feedback. Solve customer issues. Represent our clients in a friendly manner. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
