We are looking for hardworking individuals from all walks of life to join our team.Job Expectations:- Maintain professional and courteous interactions with co-workers, customers, vendors, and the community.- Adhere to CSI image standards by maintaining a neat appearance and practicing good personal hygiene.- Follow safety, security, and quality guidelines to ensure the well-being of yourself and others.- Ensure food safety by following proper sanitation, food handling, preparation, storage, and disposal procedures.- Comply with federal laws and company standards regarding age-restricted products.- Collaborate professionally with vendors and contractors.- Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance.- Follow kitchen and sanitation procedures in accordance with city and county regulations.Essential Functions:- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting customers and conducting accurate sales transactions.- Maintain cash drawer and perform cashier reconciliation at the end of each shift.- Clean and maintain the indoor and outdoor facilities.- Prepare and manage food and beverage products.- Promote store specials and marketing programs.- Organize and distribute delivered goods throughout the store.- Follow local law requirements when fueling vehicles.- Perform other duties as assigned.Requirement/ Qualifications :- Flexibility to work various hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.- Strong attention to detail.- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and make sound judgments.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Required up-to-date food handling certificates (in specific locations).- Cooking/restaurant experience preferred.Supervisor Responsibilities:- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.Travel:- Rare, limited to required training and coverage for nearby stations.Physical Demands Include:- Ability to stand and walk for long periods on hard and uneven surfaces.- Ability to bend, lift, and move products using proper lifting techniques.- Ability to work safely with equipment that can reach high temperatures.- Exposure to outdoor conditions and coolers/freezers.- Frequent handwashing and attention to personal cleanliness.Please note age requirements for specific locations.Benefits:- Full-time and part-time shifts available.- Direct deposit with competitive weekly pay.- Health and wellness packages available for purchase.- Education reimbursement program.- Shift differential pay for select shifts and job titles.- Management bonus program.- Loyalty service time program.- Commuter benefit program.Chevron Stations Inc.
