Customer Service Representative

Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Jeep is seeking an experienced Business Development Center (BDC) Representative. The ideal candidate will be: positive, enthusiastic, hard working, dynamic, self starting, and work well in a team environment. A flexible schedule, including Saturdays, is also required.Duties include, but are not limited to:Answering all inbound phone callsSetting service appointmentsOutbound sales callsCustomer follow-up callsGeneral customer assistanceMissed appointment callsSpecial order part callsInventory managementCreating and sending letters to customersGeneral office supportRental agreementsRental fleet managementExperience with inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as multi-line phones is required. BDC candidates must work well in a team environment, and must be willing and able to make adjustments in the best interest of the customer.
