Customer Service Representative

PrideStaff on behalf of their client is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will maintain exceptional customer service while providing support for customer inquiries and resolve customer issues.

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
2 years of experience similar role
Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Self-motivated and able to adapt and comprehend changes
Reliable, physical attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives.
Computer Savvy, past CRM experience.
Ability To : Speak and sit for extended periods.
Must be reliable and on time for every shift
Must be able to type 45wpm
Proficient with computer systems

Must submit to a background check and a drug screen
