Our Customer Service Representative Role: 
Execute and accurately complete customer orders directly Retain up to date knowledge of company products and sales promos Create orders, schedule appointments, and collaborate with multiple departments such as sales to improve customer satisfaction Communicate and establish relationships directly with customers  Create a positive and fun work culture and promote teamwork Assist customers in determining ordering requirements or services to fit their needs  Practice Customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team Desired Qualifications for our Customer Service Representative: 
High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience Skilled in relationship building Attentive and great at active listening Clear communicator with the ability to use positive language  LOVE for people and passion for helping others Ability to stay calm, cool, and collected when customers are stressed or upset  Ambitious go-getter Team player with the ability to accomplish individual goals #LI-Onsite
