• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with answering questions• Provide customer service to walk-in traffic• Provide data entry and administrative support to multiple departments• Process payments and post to customer AR accounts• Process returned mail and update customer addresses• Assist other departments with tasks as needed
Requirements
• Valid Oregon Driver's License• Pass pre-employment drug screen• High School diploma• 2 years of customer service experience
