Customer Service Representative - Corporate Office The customer service representativ e is responsible for taking inbound calls on current customers and initiated outbound calls to complete a welcome call on new purchases.
Responsibilities/Duties: Provide excellent customer service via phone Responsible to monitor, manage and maintain assigned accounts Establish and maintain strong customer relationships Utilization of probing questions and effective documentation Ensuring all demographics submitted on accounts are correct and updated Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements Minimum 1 year of prior customer service Team oriented Ability to thrive and work in fast paced environment Goal oriented Proficient knowledge of FDCPA Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and organization skills Strong ability to multitask and work independently under high call pressure Must meet daily, weekly, and monthly individual /departmental expectations Ability to receive, retain, and implement effective feedback . Salary: $14 - $16 / hour plus weekly incentives
