Job Overview
Serves as a support to our Program Specialist/Analyst that are the subject matter experts for parts and service department projects and programs. Maintains stakeholder engagement, guidance, and understanding. Delivers the highest level of customer service internally and externally. Expected to assist with communications via email or phone.
Responsibilities
To include but not limited,
- Project management support with power point slides
- Research and development
- Communication to Fleet companies and dealers
- Analyze data and report back with analysis
- Assists in the development of program guidelines, marketing POS
- Supports Project Leads on status updates vendor KPI output
- Supports all communications support the strategic objectives, reflect marketplace positioning

Qualifications/ Education
- Bachelors Degree
- Knowledge of fundamental business practices and concepts that affect the success and profitability of the organization
- Knowledge of business and management principles and methodology for a process-oriented approach to delivering products and services to customers
- Knowledge of processes, quality control, costs and other techniques in order to achieve maximum efficiency
- Strong computer systems knowledge
- Knowledge of data analysis, projections, and advanced skills in Excel operation and ability to communicate system requirements
- Strength in Power Point, Microsoft products, and any other general platform knowledge and expertise
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE
