Job Description:
General Mills is seeking a reliable and confident Customer Service Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures- Train and manage a team of customer service representatives- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements as needed- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Conduct research to identify trends and make strategic recommendations- Oversee performance metrics and KPIs to drive improvements in customer service
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven experience in people management- Strong research and analytical skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
