Responsibilities: 
Represent our brand in a professional and welcoming manner Ensure all customer service and sales functions are executed precisely and efficiently Document sensitive customer information such as; address and billing information  accurately  Upsell products and services as needed  Inform customers of any new deals or sales promotion directly Provide expert assistance hands-on to a wide variety of questions and problems Build personal relationships with customers in-person to drive sales and increase retainment Requirements:  
Naturally outgoing, enthusiastic, and friendly with a passion for providing an outstanding customer service experience Ability to solve problems with ease  Strong interpersonal aptitude and ability to work well in a team and independently  Self-motivated and driven by a desire to exceed expectations Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work flexible hours and weekends  Reliable transportation High school diploma or GED is a MUST! #LI-Onsite
