Customer Service Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Publix Super Markets. This is a part-time remote position based in Houston, Texas, US. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess the necessary skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely manner- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:- Resourceful and passionate about delivering excellent customer service- Strong critical thinking skills to effectively solve customer issues- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and with a team in a remote setting- Proficient in using customer service software and tools- High school diploma or equivalent
