Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service to Dollar Tree customers via phone, email, and chat.2. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.4. Assist customers with product inquiries and provide product recommendations.5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to better assist customers.6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.7. Meet and exceed monthly customer service goals and targets.8. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.4. Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote work environment.5. Good teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.7. High school diploma or equivalent.
