Job Description:

Regions Financial is currently seeking a reliable and passionate Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients, resolving any issues or inquiries they may have in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming customer calls and emails, providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.2. Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.3.
