As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner- Providing product information and assistance to customers- Updating customer accounts and information accurately- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement
