Customer Care Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Care Representative to join our team at Travelers Cos. This is a part-time remote position based in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention- Processing customer orders, refunds, and exchanges- Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and customer experience- Documenting all customer interactions and feedback

Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
