Job Description:
Ripple is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of empathy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions- Assist customers with account management, billing issues, and technical support- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics
Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience- Independent and driven personality traits- Strong time management skills- Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- High school diploma or equivalent
