Customer Care Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:

SpartanNash is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Care Officer to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, providing excellent customer service to our clients in the San Diego, California area.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency- Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions- Working closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Providing feedback to management on customer trends and needs- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and service delivery

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a customer service role- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently- Excellent cooperation and communication skills- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools- High school diploma or equivalent- Must be able to work part-time and have a flexible schedule
