Job Description:
Humana is seeking a motivated and hardworking Customer Care Officer to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a part-time role that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.3. Providing product information and assistance to customers.4. Conducting research to address customer concerns and questions.5. Requirements:1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong problem-solving abilities.4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
