Job Description:
Northrop Grumman is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Care Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the Customer Care Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty- Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments to address issues and provide solutions- Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve overall customer experience- Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a professional and efficient manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations- Provide regular reports and updates on customer care performance and metrics
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service or related field- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and resolving issues- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Creative problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software- Availability to work part-time hours in Houston, Texas
