Are you a seasoned customer service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional care to clients? BlackRock is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.3. Handle escalations and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in the customer care process.5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve our processes.

Requirements:1. 8+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of successfully managing customer care teams.2. Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills to quickly resolve issues and make strategic decisions.3. Independent and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment.4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
