Job Description:
3M is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Care Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas, US. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in customer care or a related field.
Responsibilities:1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates to customers.3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.4. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer care processes and procedures.6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.7. Meet and exceed customer care metrics and goals set by the company.
Requirements:1. 2+ years of experience in customer care or a related field.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions.4. Exceptional time management and organizational skills.5. Motivated and confident attitude towards providing excellent customer service.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Proficient in using customer care software and CRM systems.
