Job Description:
MetLife is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Assistant in Houston, Texas. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Process customer orders, cancellations, and refunds accurately and efficiently- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Independent and hardworking personality traits- Strong soft skills, including innovation and persuasion- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment- High school diploma or equivalent
