Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.Responsibilities:This role will manage projects and programs related to intelligence, governance, budgets and financing, technology, training, communications, reporting, risk and control managementThis job will drive results and accountability across all levels of the global team, while encouraging high standards and emphasizing the importance of continuous improvementThis role will provide assistance to a Program Manager and be responsible for tasks related to the execution of internal global program processes, management and the implementation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting across the functionsExecute the day-to-day operations of the global program and will oversee the design and implementation of systems and processes to ensure the global program processes are executedDeliver results on projects involving multiple teams and resources across the firmWork in conjunction with stakeholders and manager to define business/project requirementsProblem-solve and explore/implement solutions to current processes and systemsEstablish and maintain high-level relationships with functional, regional and core functions (Security, Cyber and Investigations) partners around the globeAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:6-10 years of experienceDeep subject matter expertise or technical experience in the program supportedExperience in operations areas: Organizational management, project management, operations, technology, and financeExperience in working with virtual global teams within a matrix organizationHave lead and influenced people across an organization using sound judgment, successful execution of strategies; and with an understanding of how to operate effectively across diverse businesses/resourcesExperience managing projects through the complete project lifecycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Closing.Relevant certifications related to areas supportedApplication knowledge of business improvement/Lean Six Sigma methodology, Lean Green belt or Black belt or experience with facilitation of Kaizen eventsPrevious work experience in a financial services or consulting organizationEducation:Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degreeThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
