CRM Marketing Specialist

The CRM Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the digital experience for our client's patients. This position is responsible for developing and executing segmented and health system-specific patient-facing email communications, service line awareness email campaigns, and prospective patient registration forms in support of all our client's hospitals and clinics. This is an exciting opportunity to build and grow digital communications.

Primary Responsibilities
Developing and executing email campaigns within Microsoft Dynamics in an accurate, efficient manner consistent with marketing strategy, campaign objectives, and digital/email best practices
Proactively seek opportunities to create or improve content organization, delivery, or functionality
Ensures project outcomes are high quality, on time, aligned with client business objectives, and appropriately presented
Contribute to crafting multi-channel customer journeys (email and SMS) from brainstorming through execution
Collaborate with IT/internal partners to identify data required to segment customer audiences.
Develop campaign reporting to monitor performance and contribute insights for optimization
Assisting with projects that advance the email marketing capabilities and strategy; interfacing with other departments and external vendors to find the best solution to meet objectives
Work with both internal partners (Creative, Marketing, Sales, Legal / Regulatory, Data & Analytics, etc.) and with external vendors (SalesForce, Adobe, Litmus) to build and execute effective email campaigns

Job Role Alignment:
70% Development and execution of email campaigns
30% Assist with projects and support of our WordPress websites (collaborating with web development agency)

Ability to develop tactical plans and compelling marketing messages
Thrives in a deadline-driven environment, managing multiple tasks
Manage relationships and project work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure stakeholder satisfaction as well as on-time delivery of email campaigns
Able to develop and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional team members, establish trust and credibility in a matrix organization, as well as demonstrate effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration, and listening skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision; results-driven

Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of marketing experience (healthcare experience preferred)
2+ years of email HTML and responsive design coding experience
3+ years of experience managing and prioritizing several deliverables
1+ years of experience with email platforms such as Exact Target/SalesForce Marketing Cloud and experience using data filters and program automation

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience with AMP script language to allow highly targeted, dynamically driven emails to be delivered across an audience or segment based on preferences and attributes
1+ years of website development experience
Coding for accessibility standards – W3C and Sec. 508 guidelines
Experience with email and web analytics/reporting tools
Experience with an inbox placement solution, e.g., Litmus, to improve email deliverability and increase email marketing ROI
