The CRM Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting North America CRM strategy development, execution, and reporting for specified owned brands – Fossil (US, Canada), Watch Station (US, Canada), Skagen (US), and Michele (US). Primary Responsibilities:
Provide project management and executional services for email campaigns
Proactively coordinate day-to-day execution and deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud email campaigns, ensuring each campaign has appropriate levers and ladders up to defined performance metrics:
Draft creative briefs to effectively translate email vision to creative teams
Task internal partners in our project management platform (Workfront) and ensure deadlines are met (content, link strategy, targeting requirements, dynamic content, etc.)
Partner with HTML email coding partner to execute email builds (timeline, coding guidance, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) content builder, pre-deployment QA testing, etc.)
Support development and execution of CRM tests to drive performance optimization
Build, test and QA all emails within SFMC
Leverage and build dynamic content and personalization opportunities
Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly performance analytics & insights, share key learnings with CRM team
Analytics resources include: GA 360, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global teams, vendors/partners, and cross-functional departments
Provide additional support to the team to meet deadlines and targets
Your Skills
Must have experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email building, scheduling, managing data extensions, using Content Builder)
Experience with CDP, other CRM platforms is a plus
Experience with Movable Ink and/or other dynamic content platform tools a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational and team management skills
Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
