Cook at Providence Newberg Medical Center (Full-Time with Benefits, Variable Schedule) $2,000 hiring/sign-on bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. As a team member of Dietary Services, prepares and serves meals for patients, employees, visitors and physicians and assists with production of foods for catered events. Complies with department standards and uses knowledge of proper food handling techniques.

Required Qualifications: Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.
National ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association within 6 months of hire.
2 years - Experience working in a production cooking capacity or short order style cooking.
Must have experience working with standardized recipes.
Experience working successfully in a team environment to accomplish common goals.
