Responsibilities :
Oversee comprehensive accounting operations, focusing on accuracy in AIA billing, WIP reports, payroll, and tax compliance. Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting, ensuring transparency and regulatory compliance. Direct the AIA billing process, upholding industry standards and financial integrity. Develop internal controls to adhere to GAAP and regulatory requirements, enhancing financial reporting and analysis. Spearhead budgeting, financial forecasting, and modeling to support strategic decision-making. Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering an environment of efficiency and continuous improvement. Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or Master's preferred. 5+ years in construction accounting with expertise in AIA billing and WIP reporting. Proficient in GAAP and construction-specific financial practices. Skilled in accounting software and ERP systems, particularly those related to construction.
