Content Analyst BC forward is currently seeking highly motivated Content Analyst - located at 100% Remote Job Title: Content Analyst Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12 Months Contract Coordinates, develops, and maintains web sites that provide valuable information and tools and serve internal and external customers. Ensures a quality presentation of writen and graphical web content, a positive web visitor experience and a competitive web presence in the marketplace.
DUTIES: Coordinates the technical creation of innovative written, visual and audio content for internet pages so that the web site is appealing, informative and satisfying to the visitor and is competitive in the marketplace. Manages and publishes web content by interacting with marketing groups, legal, other divisions and the enterprise to maintain current and relevant product and service information.
Analyzes existing data and content (print, electronic, survey data, etc.) to ensure that when used on the web, the content conveys a consistent tone and credible message to the online audience.
Provides guidance and supports business partners and external vendors in the creation of web technologies and content to ensure that the John Deere and industry web standards are met in delivering a functional and dynamic site.
Communicates with internal stakeholders to ensure the needs and goals of web projects are met.
Day to day: o Coordinate website publishing requests (including new product launches, article pages, home page update requests, online pricing expansion) (50%)
o Support new CMS transition through QA checks, manual content migration, coordination of MarCom product information verifications (30%)
o Coordinate campaign page publishing (10%)
o Coordinate publishing for expansion of buy online to additional models (5%)
o Pull analytics reports in Adobe, as needed + coordinate yet to be determined technical/systems connections with Shawn Lesh's group (5%)
Required: 4 year degree/bachelors or 2 year degree with 1+ year experience working in a marketing communications group required. Experience publishing or providing work direction on website content required. Experience writing or editing digital content required. Experience communicating with diverse groups stakeholders, understanding requirements, and translating needs to product required. Excellent communication (especially through digital channels ) required. Experience working fully remote required (if requesting to continue fully remote work) Some experience working with digital mock-up/design tools, such as Figma or Adobe XD preferred. Experience working in project management tools such as Workfront preferred. Must haves: o Must have experience working on web design or web content strategy
o Must be able to work independently once strategy and direction are given
o Must be organized, proactive and good with managing project timelines
