As the Bilingual Community Outreach Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's outreach efforts and community engagement initiatives. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved, we'd love to hear from you!Bilingual Community Outreach Coordinator Responsibilities: Collaborating with team members to develop and implement effective outreach strategies that align with the organization's mission and goalsConducting research and gathering data to better understand the needs and priorities of our client's community, allowing them to tailor services and programs accordinglyManaging incoming calls and emails from community members, partners and stakeholders, ensuring prompt and professional responses at all timesBuilding and maintaining relationships with community leaders, organizations and influencers, fostering collaboration and partnerships that enhance our client's impactAssisting with the planning, coordination and execution of meetings, events and community gatherings, providing logistical support and ensuring a seamless experience for all participantsRepresenting the organization at local events, conferences and networking opportunities, sharing information about programs and services and connecting with individuals who can benefit from our client's supportKeeping accurate records of inventory, materials and resources, ensuring that they have the necessary supplies and equipment to support their outreach efforts effectivelyBilingual Community Outreach Coordinator Requirements:Fluency in both spoken and written Spanish, as well as proficiency in English, to effectively communicate with diverse members of the communityA genuine passion for serving others and a deep commitment to making a positive impact in your communityStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and culturesExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools, as well as the willingness to learn new technologies and platforms as neededA positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to support this organization's mission and goals
