Contact Center Specialist - Work From Home

Job Description:

Exelon is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As an Entry Level employee with at least 1 year of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally- Assisting customers with account information and troubleshooting technical issues- Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics set by the company

Requirements:- Independent and energetic personality traits- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- High school diploma or equivalent- Customer service experience is a plus
