Job Description:
Emerson Electric is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.2. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.3. Providing product information and guidance to customers.4. Processing orders and tracking shipments.5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers.3. Driven and hardworking attitude.4. Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills.5. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
