Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Contact Center Representative to join our team at Hilton Worldwide Holdings in Austin, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and clients over the phone and through online channels.
Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner- Resolving customer complaints and issues with efficiency and empathy- Processing reservations and cancellations accurately- Providing information about Hilton hotels, amenities, and loyalty programs to customers- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction- Using CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records- Meeting and exceeding performance goals and metrics set by the company
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment- Experience working with CRM software and other contact center tools- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
