Contact Center Officer - Work From Home

We are seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team at Raymond James Financial in San Antonio, Texas. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and efficient manner- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and objectives- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Resourceful and driven personality traits- Strong teamwork and time management skills- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required
