Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Burlington Stores is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. This position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, adaptable, and possess strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding product information, orders, and returns.3. Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments over the phone.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Identify and escalate priority issues to management for resolution.6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Requirements:1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.6. Energetic and adaptable personality traits.7. Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills.
