Contact Center Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

SanDisk is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Contact Center Associate working from home. This part-time entry-level position is based in Fort Worth, Texas, but allows for remote work.

Responsibilities:- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries and issues- Maintaining accurate and timely records of customer interactions- Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and company goals are met- Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in basic computer skills- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required- Driven and hardworking personality traits- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
