Regions Financial is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, making it ideal for candidates looking for flexibility and the ability to work from home.

As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on products and services offered by Regions Financial. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and following up with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.2. Provide information on banking products and services.3. Process customer transactions accurately.4. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.6. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.7. Requirements:1. 3 years of experience in a customer service role.2. Driven and hardworking individual with a passion for helping others.3. Strong people management and critical thinking skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
