Customer Service Assistant - Work From Home

Time Warner Cable is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolving customer issues and complaints with efficiency and empathy- Providing product and service information to customers- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
