Job Description:

Wells Fargo is currently seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Dallas, Texas for remote work. This part-time position is at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and energetic, possessing strong time management and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner2. Provide assistance with account inquiries, account maintenance, and troubleshooting customer issues3. Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department for resolution4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent2. 2+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail7. Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote work
