Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Rappi in San Jose, California. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our users through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information and assistance to customers- Input and maintain customer data in the system accurately- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Assist in training new team members as needed- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Reliable and adaptable personality traits- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- High level of adaptability and cooperation- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Must be able to work part-time hours
