Sanmina is currently seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Support Representative for remote work in Dallas, Texas. This part-time position is entry level and does not require any previous experience.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat- Answer client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience- Conduct research to troubleshoot client problems and find solutions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist clients- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
