Job Description:
Cardinal Health is seeking a talented and resourceful Client Support Representative to join our team. This is a remote work position based in Columbus, Ohio, offering part-time hours. As an Associate level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client support.
Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming client inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist clients with product-related questions, issues, and technical support.3. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved.5. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients through persuasion and negotiation.6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:1. Resourceful and driven individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service.2. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.3. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.4. Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or medical industry.5. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
