Client Support Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

Marsh & McLennan is seeking a passionate and energetic Client Support Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries- Manage client relationships and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the client experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed support- Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and efficiency

Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in client support or a related field- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Excellent people management skills to effectively handle client interactions- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to client satisfaction- Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions to client challenges- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
