Client Support Associate

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team at CST Brands in Austin, Texas. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no years of experience required.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients- Work closely with the sales team to ensure client needs are being met- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed- Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to provide a seamless customer experience- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company

Requirements:- Personality traits: Independent, hardworking- Soft skills: Persuasion, teamwork- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
