Job Description:
As a Client Support Assistant at Coca-Cola European Partners, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients while working from the comfort of your own home in Austin, Texas. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and issues through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns in a timely and effective manner- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of issues- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Provide product information and recommendations to clients- Assist in developing and implementing customer support strategies- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes
